Over 100 clean energy experts and advocates came to Helena May 2-3 for the highly successful Spring 2014 NW Clean & Affordable Energy Conference.  During that meeting, the NW Energy Coalition board approved the addition of SIW as an organizational member.

Solar Installers of Washington board members Jeremy Smithson, Lori Christian, Dave Kozin, Dever Kuni and Alana Nelson, and many SIW members, attended the 2014 Northwest Solar Summit on May 2 & 3 in Woodinville.  The summit brought together a variety of solar stakeholders who shared information from each sector about solar industry growth and challenges from their perspective. 

SIW proudly sponsored the summit, which each year provides a place for stakeholders to come together to discuss and create solutions to the unique issues they face promoting and expanding the use of solar energy in  Washington.
